Veerasak Gems Co.,Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of exquisite ruby in Thailand, located at 43 Soi Silom 19 [Trok Wate], Silom Rd., Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand, with around 15 employees. In 2022, Veerasak Gems Co.,Ltd. decided to be a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council [RJC]. As a member of the RJC, we implement RJC’s code of practices and promote the responsible practices as guided.

All policies ware signed by management and promoted among business partners.

During 2022, the company has maintained their concerns on responsible practices and communicated with their stakeholders. The annual report was written and communicated to business partners for the past year.

The company has maintained their transparency and trust. Their balance sheet was submitted to the Department of Business Development as usual. Our finance and accounts are audited according to standards by authorized accounting auditors.

Veerasak Gems Co.,Ltd. respects in human rights. We believe that a good and sustainable business must respect human rights as a member of the society. Therefore, we commit to protect, respect, remediate, and improving our company’s processes to comply with our human rights policy.
Sourcing from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas
We implement a due diligence process with all our suppliers to make sure that we are not involved in conflict-affected sourcing. In the year 2022, we started to implement a due diligence process with all our suppliers despite using the same suppliers as the year before. There were no red flag concerns reported on our suppliers.
Note: We do not source from artisanal small miners.

In 2022, we donated to a Siriraj Hospital to support our community in affordable healthcare.

Veerasak Gems Co.,Ltd. is an honest company. We expect our staff not to involve in bribery or facilitation payments, as applicable by law. In 2022, there are no reported cases of Bribery or corruption.

Veerasak Gems Co.,Ltd. has a KYC Procedure as applicable by anti-money laundering laws. Additionally, we risk assess all stakeholders as the law requires.

Our Company is located at 43 Soi Silom 19 [Trok Wate], Silom Rd., Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. We monitor all business areas with CCTV. Security guards are present on-site. During transportation of goods, security and insurance is provided by trusted logistics companies.

We are a trading office, and our Health, Safety and Environment are all in compliance with the law. We always consider a safer substitute for hazardous substances should they be used on our sites. We commit to our employees and business partners to monitor and reduce our natural resources consumption in our business.

Conclusion for the Year 2022
In 2022, Veerasak Gems Co.,Ltd. have implemented management reviews for all of our practices in accordance to RJC. This is the first year that Veerasak Gems has enrolled as a member of the Responsible Jewelry Council. In summary, Veerasak Gems Co., Ltd. were in full compliance with RJC requirements. After risk assessment, there are no suppliers which were red-flagged.
